Introduction
At zindoconnect, we are dedicated to bringing together professionals of all sorts–from artists and graphic designers to writers and web developers. Our goal is to help all of our members connect with the people who will help them create work that will inspire, instruct, and endure. Above all else, we want to unify our community, and the best way to do that is honor all values and visions. With these various perspectives, zindoconnect would not be the vibrant community that it is.
We need your help in maintaining such a wonderful community, which is why we have set forth some specific community guidelines. We set these guidelines not to restrict the unmatched creativity of our members but instead to ensure that all members have a safe place to exchange ideas. Moreover, our guidelines do not in any way reflect any local legal standards; rather, they simply emphasize to our members what we consider essential in building a community. Namely, we value respect, safety, tolerance, integrity, equity, and collaboration.
This list, of course, is not exhaustive. However, it does accurately illustrate why we have set these guidelines and why we plan to go above and beyond to enforce them. These guidelines make clear to all members exactly what behaviors zindoconnect will not tolerate.
To that end, we also want to make sure that all of our members feel comfortable reporting anything that makes them feel unsafe or unwelcome in our community. By exercising such vigilance together, we can ensure that zindoconnect is a place of great ingenuity and fellowship and that all members feel as though they belong.
